Using Rummage

These terms apply when you use the Rummage website, or use Rummage through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. By using Rummage, you agree to these terms.

What Rummage does

Rummage helps your assistant find products for sale in shops such as eBay and Amazon, and links to them. Rummage isn't a shop: we don't sell anything, take payments or handle delivery.

Buying from shops

When you follow a link, you buy from that shop under its own terms. Questions about orders, delivery, returns or refunds go to the shop.

Prices and availability

Product details come from the shops we search and can change or be wrong. Always check the price, condition and delivery on the shop's own site before you buy.

Affiliate links

Some Rummage links are affiliate links, so the shop may pay us a commission if you buy. It never changes your price. Results aren't ranked by commission, and anything sponsored is clearly labelled.

Fair use

Don't use Rummage for anything unlawful, try to disrupt or break into it, scrape or bulk-download results, resell access, or generate fake clicks or purchases.

Ours and theirs

The Rummage name, logo, website and software belong to us. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their owners.

No guarantees

Rummage is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that results will be complete or accurate.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from purchases you make with shops, or from relying on product details shown by Rummage. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes and law

We may update these terms as Rummage develops and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
